Festival
The Festival was founded in 2008 from an Valentino Spera's idea developed from a concept of Vincenzo Viceversa. From the
phrase "Out of Time in this media_evo", then the @ and the concepts of "Here
and Now" and "Past, Present and Future". From the second edition of 2009
starring institutional Italian Ministry of Art and Culture and the
Institution Umbria Region. The event is organized by the Soundz Events,
by the Media Events Association and the Comune of Campello sul Clitunno.
